Buckwheat Pillows

Whole buckwheat pillows cannot be put into the washing machine, but you can wash the cotton fabric pillow. See how to do it here.

We make our buckwheat pillows in three shapes: cylindrical, rectangular and curved. All our pillows can be adjusted and customized to your unique body shape, but there are a few distinguishing features that may make one shape preferable over the other to help you get a good night's sleep.

ComfySleep pillows are good for those who sleep on their back or side, and those who shift positions when they sleep. Read more about ComfySleep pillows here.

ComfyNeck pillows are more compact than our rectangular pillows. They're good for those who do not shift position in their sleep, especially side sleepers with broad shoulders.

ComfyCurve pillows are good for combination sleepers. The curve makes it easier for you to wrap the pillow around your head, neck, and shoulders for more supportive sleep. It also makes it easier to change positions while sleeping. If you roll from your back to your side, the pillow is right where you want it.

Positioning your whole body properly for sleeping will create a more comfortable and restful time in bed.

THE THREE PILLOWS TO USE IF YOU'RE A SIDE SLEEPER:

Under your head - to support your head, neck, and shoulders

Between your arms - hugging a pillow will keep your upper arm and upper back supported.

Between your knees - to elevate your hips and reduce stress on your spine.
