How to use a Body Massage Ball

Begin your massage with this firm ball that’s great for overall stretching. To use this body massage ball place the ball under you and roll your neck, shoulders, back, hamstrings, and buttocks.

If your body is very sore, switch to the Gentle Massage Ball to continue your massage therapy session. For a more intense massage, switch to the Deep Tissue Massage Ball.

This massage ball requires inflation using a hand pump with an air inflation needle. Be careful not to over inflate the ball. Made in Italy.
